Pickleball players…they’re everywhere

There seems to be no stopping the pickleball madness that continues to expand throughout the Tampa Bay area and the state. For that matter, the sport is growing nationally and internationally as well.

In a doubles match, two pickleball players get ready to make their next move as the ball heads over the net.

Since beginning this column in June, the Tampa Bay Times has covered pickleball tournaments, leagues and the people who play the — no longer fledgling, but thriving — sport. As we did a few weeks ago, it’s time to catch up on a few photos of some of those people.
